How the Spiritmaster plays

The Spiritmaster (internally the Elementalist) fights by proxy: summoned spirits hold the front line while their master layers damage-over-time magic and debilitating status effects from range. It is the most self-sufficient leveling class in the game — the spirit tanks, you don't — and its drawn-out damage profile makes it uniquely good at fights where survival matters more than burst. The mental load is real: you track pet positioning, DoT uptimes and debuff windows at once. Players who enjoyed warlock-style classes elsewhere will feel immediately at home.

Built-in chains are always on; the others need a Specialty option or a stigma level.
