Reporting wrong data? Every page ends with “Report wrong data on this page”: it copies the page link and the game build of our data and opens Discord. Add what you see in game; a screenshot helps. The About the data page shows which client build our data comes from.

Join in three steps
About two minutes, and you only do it once.
Step 1: Open the invite
Open our invite and accept it: the server is called “Aion RiftShade”. All you need is a free Discord account: on a computer, Discord runs right in your browser; on a phone, you use the free Discord app.
Step 2: Pick “Aion 2 & Aion2.gg”
Discord then asks a few welcome questions. At “What updates would you like to receive?”, select “Aion 2 & Aion2.gg”: that choice opens the Aion 2 channels once you're verified. Answer the other questions as you like.
Step 3: Verify with a code
In the #verification channel:
- Press “Verify”, then “Open Verification Page”.
- A page on aionriftshade.com, RiftShade's own website, shows you a 6‑digit code.
- Back in Discord, press “I have my code” and enter it.
The link works for 5 minutes: if it runs out, press “Verify” again. “Check my verification status” tells you where you stand, and #support-chat is open if you get stuck.
You're in
The AION2.GG category appears in your channel list: #aion2-news for our announcements, #aion2-general to ask anything. Come and say hi!
Something private, like a credit request? Press “Open a Ticket” in the server's support channel: only you and the team see it.
Why we ask you to verify
Open Discord servers attract bots that flood channels with spam and message members with scam links. A quick check at the door stops most of them, so RiftShade stays a safe and friendly place to talk about Aion.

Common questions
Do I need a Discord account?
Yes, a free one. On a computer, Discord runs right in your browser, so there's nothing to install; on a phone, you need the free Discord app.
Why do I have to pick “Aion 2 & Aion2.gg”?
RiftShade is home to Aion 1 and Aion 2 players. This choice shows you the Aion 2 channels and our site updates, so you see what you came for.
I don't see the Aion 2 channels. What now?
Check that you picked “Aion 2 & Aion2.gg” in the welcome questions and that your verification went through: “Check my verification status” under the verification message tells you. You can change your welcome answers later from the server menu.
The link or the code stopped working. What now?
Each link and each code lasts 5 minutes. Go back to #verification, press “Verify” again and use the new code.
Can I verify with a VPN on?
Yes, but with a VPN, a proxy or iCloud Private Relay turned on, you only get limited access. Turn it off (on an iPhone or a Mac you can also open the link in a browser other than Safari), then press “Verify” again for full access.
I can't get verified. Who can help?
Ask in #support-chat: it's open before you verify, and a moderator can help you or verify you by hand. If the code page doesn't show a code, turn on JavaScript or open the link in another browser.
Can I contact you another way?
Not for now. Everything goes through Discord, where the whole team can see it, so no request gets lost. Can't get verified? #support-chat is open to you.
What is a credit request?
If you think something on Aion2.gg comes from your work (a guide, a route, a screenshot or data you collected), send us a link to your original on Discord and the team will look at it.
