Aion 2 Elyos Level 45 Guide: Endgame Setup at the EU/NA Cap
Level 45 is the EU/NA launch cap in Aion 2. What to do as an Elyos at 45: the dungeons that open, the Abyss, your daily loop, and why Eltnen waits for a later level-cap increase.

Level 45 is the level cap of the EU/NA launch version. The Elyos Episode chain in Verteron ends here, and the leveling game turns into the endgame: item level, dungeons, the Abyss and your daily loop.
Why the story stops at 45
The EU client already contains the next chapter, Eltnen, but it is locked behind the level cap. Its departure quest, Waiting for the Next Journey, unlocks at level 46, and the Eltnen Episode quests are recommended for levels 46 to 51. Taiwan and Korea opened that chapter with their level-50 update; EU/NA starts where they started, at 45. We'll add the Eltnen route here once the EU level cap rises.

Dungeons at 45
- Open at 45 on EU/NA: Draupnir Exploration and Conquest (item level 700), Krao Cave Conquest (700), Urugugu Canyon Conquest (1400), Vakron Sky Island (1400), Fire Temple Conquest and Ferocious Horn Den (2100), Shattered Arkanis and Deus Research Base in Transcendence (item level 1,600 for the first Stage, where Arcana cards drop), the 10-player raid Abyssal Forge: Ludra (2800), the matchmade dungeons (1000 to 3500), the first four difficulties of the Awakening trials, and the growth dungeons Fafnite Amphitheater and Silent Graveyard. - Not open on EU/NA yet: Citadel of the Fallen Daeva, Cradle of Nihility and Dying Dramata's Nest are in the EU client with item-level bars (Citadel 3800, 4500 on its hardest difficulty; Cradle and Dying Dramata's Nest 2800 to 3000), but they do not open at the level-45 cap yet. We update this section when a client patch opens them.

The Abyss opens at 45
Reshanta, the Abyss, is where Elyos and Asmodians meet. It opens at level 45, and item level decides how deep you can go: in the EU client, Lower Reshanta asks for item level 1000 and Middle Reshanta for 3000, and Upper Reshanta is balanced around 4300. Browse the layers in the zones database, and pick a class setup for group PvP with the tier list.
Your first week at 45
- Lock in a daily loop — daily dungeon charges, Duty quests, event windows (see events and the event timer).
- Push item level through the Conquest and Transcendence dungeons that are open at 45; it is also your key to the Abyss layers.
- Set up your skills: the recommended builds list which skills, stigmas and chain skills to take at 45.
- Start long-term systems in earnest: Daevanion boards and Soul Binding on keeper pieces.
