Global vs Asia: 16 Community Claims About EU/NA, Checked in the Game Files

Is personal trade gone, is there a Market trust system, a daily Kina cap, no Heroic gear? We checked every community claim about the Global version against the EU and Taiwan clients.

Community reports have been listing what changes on the Global (EU/NA) version compared with Korea and Taiwan: personal trade, a Market trust system, a daily Kina cap, missing Heroic gear, cheaper wings and weaker enhancement. We checked all 16 claims against the data inside the game clients and put the answers on one page: Global vs Asia: what's different on EU/NA.

The short version

  • Confirmed by the game files: there is no Heroic gear yet (the best grade is Unique, up to item level 102), dungeon wings are rare drops instead of a feather farm and morph into far fewer Enhance Stones, and enhancing adds much less than in Taiwan. The Draconic crafting materials can be traded too, but that is not new: 47 of the 50 were already tradeable in Taiwan.
  • Partly true: the Market has a new trust level with daily buy and cash-out limits, and personal trade is no longer part of the membership. The 1,000,000 Kina daily cap, the 10% Kina Chest fee and the dungeon pity counters are real, but Taiwan has exactly the same. Only the raid pity changed: half the energy per run, and three of the four raids need twice the runs.
  • Not what it seems: base stats per level did not change on Global. The removed Daevanion boards were not moved into levelling, and the pet stats "Smite" and "Double" are one stat under two names.

Every row shows the Global value, the Taiwan value, a verdict and what it means for you, with links to the matching database pages. Rules that live only on the server (how trust is earned, market fees, loot sharing) are marked as such.

Where the numbers come from

The Global values come from the EU/NA retail client (Steam build 25624879, the launch build), the Asian values from the Taiwan live client 1.0.38. The page is generated from both clients and re-run after every patch.

Updated October 1: we first ran the comparison on the EU playtest client. On the retail client the level cap is 45 (the playtest had 37), the Kina Chest recipes for the Quna exchange are shown like in Taiwan (the playtest hid them, so that claim is now confirmed), the files hold no Abyss gear at all yet, and Ludra's raid pity still takes 4 runs while the other raids take 8.
