Restore the last altar for the unconscious Grisilla.

After completion (spoilers)

"Time is the only medicine." You restored the last altar for Grisilla after she lost consciousness. But even after the altar was restored, Grisilla could not regain her strength, so you took her to the Healing Spring instead. Fortunately, Grisilla finally regained consciousness.
