Grants Hibernation to the caster for 7s. Increases Incoming Heal by 100%, and the caster becomes immune to damage and status effects while Hibernation is active. Restores 5% Max HP every 1s for the duration.

Using [Remove Hibernation] while Hibernation is active immediately removes the effect, restores 20% Max HP, and moves the caster backward.

Cannot block certain powerful attacks and is unaffected by cooldown increase effects.
