Utilizing this advantage, they have built a stronghold on a sky island far beyond the reach of most people, giving them free rein to terrorize the region.

    A Balaur surveillance base built to aid the search for the Ascension Artifact. Functionally a forward base, it collects intel from the fake Fate Archons and reports any findings to the Fafnir Brigade's main forces. The base is littered with Fafnium, which is used to trap the souls of Daeva captured by the fake Fate Archons. Much of the victims tend to be Kromede's followers.

Most of its inhabitants were either murdered for resisting or processed as materials for Fafnite, leaving behind a cursed legacy that deters anyone from approaching the area.
