Kaisinel's Distorted Dream

A place where the memories of the vanished Elyos Empyrean Lord Kaisinel remain as fragments of dreams.

Though little more than a dream, the Empyrean Lord's power over fear remains vibrant, and he has no mercy for the Asmodians he detests so much.
