The Gladiator is Aion 2's frontline bruiser: a greatsword melee class that trades finesse for reach, cleave and staying power. In practice you play it as a damage dealer who is never afraid of standing in the fight — wide swings hit multiple targets, high base HP forgives positioning mistakes, and in a pinch a Gladiator can off-tank a pull while the Templar recovers. It is the most forgiving of the three melee damage classes and a popular first character: your rotation is built around committing to swings and managing gap-closers rather than juggling stealth windows or resource bars.
