Daevanion Boards Explained
Aion 2's Daevanion boards on EU/NA: the five boards your class unlocks from level 12 to 45, their 537 stat and skill nodes, the crystals that pay for them, caps and reset costs.

From level 12 on, the biggest "account power" system in Aion 2 is the Daevanion board: a constellation of stat and skill nodes you unlock with crystals, one board per Empyrean Lord. Your character gets five boards, one at levels 12, 20, 30, 40 and 45, with 537 nodes between them: 444 stat nodes, 88 skill-level nodes and a free start node on each board. That is the same for every class open on EU/NA. Here is how the system is built, from the game data behind our database.
The Daevanion Planner lays out every board of your class node by node. Pick any node and it finds the cheapest connected path to it, with live stat and skill totals, the crystals spent per pool and the reset cost. Your plan is saved in your browser and fits in one link.
The shape of the system
Every class has five boards, each unlocked at a character level. Each board is named after one of the Empyrean Lords, and the order is the same for every class:
| Board | Unlocks at | Paid with |
|---|---|---|
| Nezekan | Level 12 | Daevanion Crystals |
| Zikel | Level 20 | Daevanion Crystals |
| Vaizel | Level 30 | Daevanion Crystals |
| Triniel | Level 40 | Daevanion Crystals |
| Azphel | Level 45 | Daevanion Crystal: Azphel |
The boards are class-specific: a Гладиатор Nezekan board boosts greatsword skills,
a
Целитель one boosts its own kit, so nothing carries over between characters of
different classes. The first three boards have 89 nodes each, Triniel 117 and Azphel 153.
The Taiwan client we used in July had eight boards per class. Its three extra boards, Ariel, Marchutan and Yustiel, are not in the EU/NA client. It still defines their crystals (Daevanion Crystal: Ariel, Marchutan and Yustiel) and caps, but no board uses them.
What nodes do
Each board is a grid of nodes, and there are three kinds:
- Start node: the board's free entry point (one per board).
- Stat nodes: most of the nodes (444 of your 537). Each gives a flat or percentage stat bonus, in four node grades: Common, Rare, Epic and Unique. A real example from the Gladiator's Nezekan board is a Unique Combat Speed +1.5% node that costs 4 crystals.
- Skill nodes: 88 nodes that give levels of specific class skills, in Rare and Epic node grades. These are the build-defining picks. Each class has 22 of them on each of its four Daevanion-Crystal boards, and the Azphel board has none (only stat nodes). A skill level from a board stacks with the levels your Arcana cards roll.
Node costs depend on the node's grade: 1 crystal for Common, 2 for Rare, 3 for Epic and 4 for Unique. A node's level requirement is its board's unlock level. You unlock nodes outward from the board's start node, one neighbour at a time (up, down, left or right), so you work your way toward the nodes you want and spend crystals on the connecting nodes along the way. The planner finds the cheapest route for you. Every board also has its own set of board-wide bonuses (for example "Daevanion Nezekan Effects").
The currencies and caps
Кристалл Даэваниона pays for the four leveling boards (Nezekan through Triniel). The client caps this crystal at 840; completing the four boards costs 570 for every launch class.
Кристалл Даэваниона: Асфель pays for Azphel's board at level 45. The client caps it at 232, exactly what the board costs.
So the caps are not what stops you: the crystals you have earned so far are. The order you take nodes in is the strategy, and the level-45 board runs on its own separate currency.
Fill cheap Common stat nodes on the way to your class's skill nodes first. A skill level is worth more than a small stat bonus, and the connecting nodes you buy on the way are never wasted. Save Unique nodes until your main skills are boosted.
Resets and respecs
Mistakes aren't permanent. In the EU/NA client every node resets for 500 Kina: cheap enough to fix a misclick, while a full respec of a filled board adds up (the planner shows the reset cost of your whole plan). Plan before you commit crystals, above all on the level-45 board.
Why this system matters at launch
Daevanion boards are what separate characters of equal item level after the first few weeks of the EU/NA launch. You can catch up on gear through drops, but board progress trickles in through capped currencies. In practice:
- Never sit at a crystal cap. Crystals you can't bank are progress thrown away.
- Plan before you spend. Every board and node (grades, costs, stats, skill grants) is in the Daevanion Planner: pick your class, pick the nodes you want and check the totals, the crystals spent and the reset cost before you spend a single crystal.
Board layout and caps come from the EU/NA client. A client patch can add or rebalance boards, and we re-check after every patch.
The game data on Aion2.gg comes from the EU/NA game client, version 2.0.7.0 (Steam build 25926599), extracted on October 16, 2026.ПопробоватьСкрыть раздел
